The service
What's included in driveway & concrete cleaning
We use a rotary surface cleaner for an even finish with no wand stripes. Tire marks, oil drips, sprinkler staining and red dirt come up from concrete, pavers and walkways.
- Driveways and sidewalks
- Pavers and stamped concrete
- Oil and tire mark treatment
- Curb and gutter line
Why it matters in Southern Utah
Red dirt washes onto driveways with every storm, and sprinklers leave mineral rings along the edges. Concrete here also bakes in the sun all year, which sets stains in deeper the longer they sit.

How it works
Our driveway & concrete cleaning process
- 1
Pre-treat
Oil spots, tire marks and heavy staining get a treatment before cleaning starts.
- 2
Surface clean
A rotary surface cleaner covers the flat areas evenly, with no wand stripes.
- 3
Edges and details
Edges, steps, curb lines and corners are cleaned by hand.
- 4
Flush
Everything is rinsed so dirt and residue don't dry back onto the surface.

What does driveway cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of the area and the stains involved. Send a photo and rough size with your estimate request, or call or text (623) 238-5905. Estimates are free.
Can you remove oil stains from concrete?
Fresh and moderate oil stains usually lighten dramatically or disappear. Old stains that have soaked deep into the concrete can often be improved but may not vanish completely. We will tell you what to expect before we start.
Is pressure washing bad for pavers?
Too much pressure can wash out the sand between pavers and scar the surface. We use a surface cleaner at the right pressure for pavers, and if joint sand is already low we will let you know so it can be refilled.
How often should I clean my driveway?
Once a year keeps most driveways in St. George looking good. Driveways near heavy sprinkler overspray or with frequent oil drips may need it more often.
